📦 Delivery & Setup

• All bounce houses and water slides are delivered and set up on Saturdays.

• Tables and chairs will be dropped off on Friday or Saturday, depending on what works best for your event.

• Enjoy your rental all weekend long without worrying about setup.

• Need Sunday setup? Contact us in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

⏰ Pickup

• Standard pickup for all rentals is on Monday.

• Need Sunday pickup? Reach out and we’ll check availability.

• For shorter events (parks, schools, or a few hours), we can arrange same-day pickup — just let us know ahead of time.

💵 Pricing

• Our weekend rate is a flat fee.

• Price covers the full rental period — whether you use it one day, a few hours, or the whole weekend.

• No discounts for shorter rentals — this ensures consistent quality, service, and care for our equipment.

☔ Weather Considerations

• Safety comes first. Delivery or pickup may be adjusted if weather is unsafe (rain, storms, high winds).

• If changes are needed, we’ll communicate with you and arrange the safest plan.

• This might mean setting up Sunday instead of Saturday if rain is forecasted, or picking up early if weather threatens the rental.
